All software, platform architecture, verification systems, design elements, trademarks, logos, and original content created by The Arc-Hives LLC are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

Some features of the Service may use automated or artificial-intelligence-assisted processes. Outputs are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or harms the platform or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Arc-Hives LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

If you use the Arc-Hives browser extension, we collect: (a) the full HTML content of the active browser tab at the time you click "Analyze This Page," which is transmitted to our servers solely for the purpose of claim extraction and fact-checking; (b) the URL of the active tab; and (c) an API key that you generate from your account, which is stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local and is never transmitted to any third party. Full page HTML is processed on our servers and is not stored beyond what is necessary to complete the analysis.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated charges for any subscription fees paid, whether for monthly or annual plans. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at admin@thearchivesindex.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — monthly or annual — and you will retain full access to the service until that date. We do not charge cancellation fees.
If you are on an annual plan and choose to cancel, your access will continue until the end of the annual billing period for which you have already paid. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining unused months.
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. The granting of a refund in any one case does not obligate us to provide refunds in similar cases in the future.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and dispute the chargeback.
